Ben Nevis 10 Year Old Decadent Drams The Teuchter 2016

An addition to Decadent Drams' The Teuchter series, this Ben Nevis was matured in refill bourbon casks with a finish in ex-sherry butts. This whisky showcases the fruity, weighty and deep spirit that has made Ben Nevis a favourite single malt amongst whisky enthusiasts. The nose showcases aromas of apples, pears, peaches mixed in with beeswax and earthiness. On the palate this comes through as malty, and honeyed with notes of pineapples, peaches, hints of white flowers and the signature oily Ben Nevis texture. The finish is fresh and zingy, almost reminiscent of a white wine.
