We want to make getting your favorite drinks as seamless as possible. All orders originate from our fulfillment centre, and we strive to get your packages safely to your doorstep.

UK Deliveries

  • Order Cut-off & Dispatch: Orders placed before 8:30 pm ship the same day!

  • Standard UK Delivery: £10.00 flat rate for standard shipping across the UK.

  • Delivery Options & Timing: What you see at the checkout will vary based on your order and destination. Express and specific-date delivery options may be available depending on your location—if available, they will be clearly shown at the checkout.

  • Delivery Instructions: You are more than welcome to add delivery instructions to your order at checkout. For the most effective communication, we recommend following the tracking link provided in your dispatch email to update the courier directly if needed.

  • Couriers: We partner with reliable nationwide couriers to ensure your items arrive securely. You can monitor your delivery using the tracking number sent via email upon dispatch.

Which Countries Do We Ship To?

We ship to an extensive list of international destinations worldwide. To see if we currently ship to your country, simply add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout, where your destination country will appear in the address dropdown menu.

International Delivery Costs

  • Pricing Structure: International delivery fees vary depending on the destination country and the weight/size of your order.

  • Checkout Calculation: International shipping fees generally range from £25 to £55. The exact, transparent shipping cost for your specific order will automatically calculate and appear at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Note)

  • Customer Responsibility: For all deliveries outside of the UK, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to handle customs clearance and comply with local import regulations.

  • Taxes and Fees: Depending on your order and the destination country, your parcel may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival. You will be contacted directly by customs or the carrier if any payments are due. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges or accept liability for them. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office or government website for advice before placing your order.

  • VAT: Orders delivered to countries outside the UK will have UK VAT removed at checkout where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the provided tracking link or number on the courier's website to monitor your parcel's journey.

If you miss a delivery or experience any difficulties with your shipment, you can resolve the issue directly with the courier using your tracking details, or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Returns & Cancellations

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and sent back within our returns window. Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
